Record your own voice in Arcade (not just TTS)

Submitted on behalf of a user, a mother-tongue/indigenous language teacher. She'd love to record her own audio for Arcade game voice instead of relying on text-to-speech. TTS doesn't support her language, and authentic pronunciation is essential for language teaching, so a real recorded voice matters.
