Create games from scratch

It would be great if you could add the option to create games from scratch instead of having it be AI generated first. This way, if an instructor already has the content that they wish to convert into a game, they could simply type it in Arcade or upload the file instead of having to edit the AI-generated version that may not be exactly what they need.
